    Put new armature in and grinding. What am I missing?

    Cleaning any magnet chips out of the housing.
    Having a loose magnet.
    Brushes broken installing end cap.
    Prop hitting housing.
    Shim issues if used.
    I'm sure there's more.

    If it has US2, you didn't hit the right spot with the bolt coming through the retainer, or the retainer is bent.
