    BFL, South Carolina Div

For you Carolina and out of state SC Div anglers a quick heads up.

Leroy will be back next year as the tournament director, I saw him this morning when I was at the Expo, and we talked awhile. Me, like I always do, "bitch" about the tournament schedule being almost the same every year, and he gave me a hint on next years schedule and Regional. You all may want to sit down, if your not already. This was coming from Leroy now and I am assuming this is good intel.

    - Next years schedules are made and will be on the website in the next week or two.

    - SC Div Regional next year will be at LAKE NORMAN, yes, that is what he said. I expect a lot of NC anglers to be fishing SC Div if their Div regional is not at Norman.

    - Feb/Lake Hartwell (get your cold weather gear ready)
Mar/ Lake Murray (get you a thick cushion to sit on if your back is bad, usually windy as heck in March)
Apr/Santee, Also there will be a Costa Tx at Santee next year also, but he did not say when.
He did not mentioned the last two tx's, but we all know most likely Wylie will be in Sept as usual.

If you go to the Expo, see if he says the same to you............................ be safe and take care out there... usmc03 out

I didn't want to hear about Hartwell being on the schedule. Wish the lakes would have stayed the same just move the dates around.

Brett/KMAC I agree! I am not a fan of Hartwell either, but at least it is not Murray in Feb. Just wish Wylie was sooner, I hate Buster Boyd in Sept, its a circus getting your boat out and all the recreational boaters trying to get in.

The question is which ramp will they go out of Tugaloo or Green Pond? I am hoping it is Green Pond, not a big fan of Tugaloo SP.

KMAC, its a good lake to fish. Spotted bass is primary, then LM. If ya go throw, a robo worm in morning dawn, senko in pumpkin w/green and black flake, and have a topwater handy in case of schoolers if they are schooling. Champion Man knows that pond well if he posts he may give some good insight.

Heaven forbid having to use the $3k+ in graphs on your boat to locate fish before wetting a line

It's evident Hartwell is replacing one of the lakes that is normally on the SC BFl schedule...Like I said Hartwell will already be on Savannah River....Most of us fish Murray a good bit and as shown the past few days there are fish deeper than 5 ft there...I can't remember Hartwell ever being on the SC schedule but maybe so..
