    A dying breed......

The family owned boat manufacture.....only Allison, Blazer, Charger, and Stroker are left that I am aware of. Plus now Stratos is no more.

I hope they stick around. I think my next boat will be a 595 with a 200 on it.

Dont worry... We're not going anywhere. In fact we've been doing everything we can to make our boats better. A lot of changes in the last couple of years.

I visited Bullet Boats factory in the mid 1990s and Bill Hill was the owner. Don't know if he bought it from Buddy Brooks though.

Also visited Allison Boats and met Darius Allison and his wife.

we were restricted from certain parts of the Allison factory but Bill Hill gave us free range to every part of the Bullet factory, including the room with his personal boat in Georgia Tech black and gold colors.

full disclosure: I have owned 2 Bullets (20 XD & 21 XD) and 2 Allisons (2002 XB and 2003XB) so not bashing either brand.

Have been away from high performance bass boats for a good while and not sure if Stroker bass boats are still being built. I was always impressed how fast they were even though Bullets and Allisons were more popular here in South Alabama.

    are Strokers still being built?

Yeah, Strokers are still being built, just at Chub's own pace and time frame.
