The bluebird is homeless

Temporarily... My house officially sold today and it's looking like another two months before we can move into our new home. Will be worth the wait though... new boat garage will be 1000 square foot and going to be sweet. Will post some pics once the family and I get settled in. In the mean time the bluebird will be garageless but I have about 12 coats of sealant and a few gallons of 303 all ready to go.

Sad day. My bird is the first boat I owned that deserved a garage. Had to kick some family out so I could put it in there. Lol! I will have to go through the same ordeal as you next year when my house will go on the market. Must build up that sealant. lol!

I just closed on my current house July 26th that was two weeks past the already extended closing date on my previous house. We ended up doing a rent back for 3 weeks. The new 3 car garage is so much better then my previous one. The birds are spoiled that's for sure.

I cringe keeping her outside but it is what it is and only short term. At least Phoenix makes a damn good cover.

I've been fishing a lot so really would be an inconvenience. If it was anything longer than 2 months I would buy a carport for it.
