150 Optimax Belt Flop

I have a 2005 150 optimax serial # 1B274034 the belt flops creating vibrations that causes the alternator bolt to break. Carried to a dealer they fixed the bolt and said it was fine but the belt is still flopping and I know there is something else wrong with it. I replaced the belt and checked the tensioner and spring both was good. Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks.

Check your compressor is tight. Mine just came loose and it broke the mounts on my compressor. Two bolts on top and a pin in the back. The pin came loose and broke off in mine. Probably ok but worth a check. It's costing me around $800.
