    some thoughts while fishing today

I wonder what size weight the guys use on swimming worms and swim baits, I use 1/8.Does anyone throw Horny Toads anymore? Haven't had much luck with them in a long time.Anyone throw a Devils Horse ? I stuck with it for about an hour this am. I had 2 huge fish come up but didn't eat it. Seemed like they were a half foot away.Hmmm3 hours and just those 2 blow ups.I gotta try the horse a bit more. I have a friend that throws nothing but and he fishes it pretty fast. And finally where do y'all get your batteries ?Dr. appt. in the morning but back to the " office "early Friday am

Devils horse is a deadly post spawn bait or shad spawn, this time of year id stick with a frog. Speed worms anywhere from 1/8 to 3/16 weight, horny toads...yep still throw em, not as much as skinny dippers and big ezs but they have the time and place, especially on the back of a buzzbait.

Any of these first sizes work great w/ Speed Worms and the 7" Gambler worm. http://www.tacklewarehouse.com/Eco_P...ge-EPTRWW.html

You can try these new frogs, they have them at 44Tackle http://www.tacklewarehouse.com/Strik...page-SKST.html

But this one works really good and it FLOATS so You can just let it sit http://www.tacklewarehouse.com/Damik...page-DAFG.html <--- 6/0 Owner™ Beast Hook works great

For the energy.. You can hit ChinaMart™ (Just don't type anyone from BBC™) or You can get one up at RuralKing™ (Crystal River) or pay even more at ApopkaMarine™..

GulfToLake had some batteries they were blowing out, so You might even check there..

First 0:19 seconds and I'm fittin' to tie one on for tomorrow's a.m. session..

When attaching them You have to make sure You bring the plastic bit towards the nose..

Make sure You watch the rod break at 3:00 min. mark
