    USA I have an 2004 200hp engine question.

    I have a 2004 200hp Honda. Has there been any problems with ethanol effecting the grey 5/16" hose from the engine to the primer bulb.

    I have put PRI-G gasoline treatment in every tank of fuel.

    I have researched and found that it affected Mercury and Shield brand hose, for the most part.

    Any help would be appreciated, Thanks.

    Yes. I had a 2005 225hp Honda and that short piece of fuel line was ruined by ethanol fuel. It sort of crystallized the inner lining of the hose. Ethanol sucks.
