Rewiring a Cajun. Ground loop question.

I am adding a fuse box to my old Cajun, should I continue to use the old ground circuit or establish a new ground bank that is attached to the new box. Basically old setup has one ground wire and one positive wire that feeds the entire boat. I just don't want any issues with ground loop interference.
Maybe I am just over thinking.

Are you adding circuits or just replacing existing wiring?

Yep. That's why I'm trying to see what he's doing.

Right now I have no fuses. Was going to add a Main Battery cut off (100A breaker) then a 10 slot fuse block. On the fuse block there is a nut to the ground bank, run battery ground to that. Main Ground wire to boat harness right there also. Want to add a main existing wire fuse 15A to positive and then fuse things like the bilge and aerator pumps after the switch. Still have to add graphs and upgraded lighting. Right now I am planning on wiring grounds to pumps from fuse block and coiling up the old ones that were there. So mainly they should still all be from one point.
Hope that helps. I just dont want to get it done and have to tear it up and start over.
