Remove the prop and push them out from the inside of the barrel. Or use a sharpened flat blade screw driver and pry them out.

What prop is it? You can use a drill and just drill the holes to the size you want. Start at 1/4" and open the holes up as you need more venting.

I use a flat head screw driver, it scratches them up sometimes but they are still re-usable.

Little metal paint can opener. The cheap shitty ones you can buy from the hardware store. Has a flat blade screwdriver with a bent tip at one end and a beer bottle opener on the other.

If you are at home in the garage, warm them up with a heat gun and pop them out un harmed. Heat makes them easier to install. If you don't have a heat gun, put a few in a cup of water and heat for one minute in microwave.
