South Watuppa Fall River 8/6/2017

Fished a military benefit there and talk about a tough bite. Spinnerbait, Wacky rigged worm, drop shot, and others all contributed to our limit but we only had 9 1/2 pounds. Had one good fish on a crank just swim up to the boat with it then spun and pulled off... Couldn't repeat with a second fish once we got a bite on one bait... Real tough bite. But I suppose it's typical Watuppa during the summer. ..
