Just had my ultrex out for the first time and all I have is 100% speed. Even if the dial is set to off. Spot lock still works but that's the only time it isn't on 100. Am I missing something?

Nope. You're not missing anything. Something is wrong. Betting they'll send you a new one.

They are not sending me a new one! They are sending me to a service place that has never worked on an ultrex before!
Hopefully they get on a phone with a MK tech.

You were not using a cruise control setting of 3.5 mph where you? Anyways I bet in the mean time you could try that

If I use the remote control it runs on different speeds just fine. Continuous or momentary with the foot pedal and it's only 100%. Took it to the repair shop and it they are going to replace the pedal.
