Hernando into the Todd area is doable.I haven't tried getting into River Manor as there seems to be a lot of shallow grass.Hernando and up alligator alley I see some boats do it but I haven't tried.Seen 2 pics within the last couple days of 2 Hernando toads. 1 was a 15 and the other supposedly a 16. The 16 looked light but was supposedly 30 inches long.

was there this am early. Nick was telling me about how he and the owner ( who fishes BASS and FLW ) went to Va. to fish the James River T.2nd day the non boater ( who didn't catch a fish day 1) called early am and said he wasn't fishing day 2. They waited to see if anyone else was needing a partner.Nobody else , so they refunded him the T entry fee and he went home.Waste of time, not to mention lodging, food and gas.

St. Johns River - was on solid fish the last three weeks including a couple of 20 lb limits. But the river came up eight inches and the bait disappeared - and so did the bass.
