    Tracker 175 help with seat

Did a stretch in driver's seat of my 175 and the back of the seat separated from the rest of the boat. (screws pulled out of wood) I can fix the holes in the wood, but how do I get at the heads of the screws. Looked in storage compartment in back of seat, It's filled with foam. Is there a panel that comes off to allow access to screws? Thanks in advance!

Yes there is a closeout panel that the seat backs are mounted on. There are six screws (4 across the top and 2 near the center seat on the bottom) that secure the closeout to the boat. This happened to me as well so I removed the factory seats and closeout and replaced them with folding seats. Removal off the closeout actually allowed for space to install a center console and created a space to store a lure retrieve and anchor light behind the seats. Keep in mind I did this while i was installing new carpet in the boat, there isn't any carpet under the closeout.
