    Is it a tourney? Gathering? The sticky post w itinerary says what hotel. Period.... I'm in the area but from what is listed I don't know if I'm Interested.

    I use my rv vs hotels. Maybe that would not work if there are gatherings in the hotel banquet area?

    Thursday night , we usually have a evening meal get together , meet and greet , a few adult drinks and the BS starts flowing.. Friday is pre fish day and TX meeting. Saturday is TX , Times TBA at the meeting .. Saturday evening is Banquet and More adult drinks and BS... You can stay where ever You like. most try to stay at the same place... Get signed up and come on down. I will guarantee You will have a good time , meet some great people and make some new friends Hope You can make it....

    Thursday night is a cook out style, finger food and pot luck, bring what you want to share at the motel outside someones room or at a pavilion if there is one
