Minn Kota maxxum pro 101 latch spring

Hey all, the spring that holds tension on the latch of my maxxum pro has come off somehow. I have a parts diagram for the trolling motor but it shows little as far as where this spring hooks, so as of now I have no back tension on my pull cord. I was hoping to get a little help here.

    Thanks!
