    350 Vrod Steering lines

I'm removing the engine because I have to remove my jackplate and install a bigger unit. If I were to disconnect the two hydraulic steering lines would I need to take the boat back to the dealer to hook it back up to the computer once they are reinstalled?

Bring the whole thing to George at Metro Boating in Harvey. I just had my Bobs JP swapped out (replaced with a new Cerakoted Bobs v powder coat). The Bobs powder coat was failing. Anyhow, the swap took about 1 hr at Simmons Custom Rigging in Kemah. No issues. Good luck.

The lines will need rebled of air more than likely, you can possibly do it at home running on muffs but would be way easier to have a verado.merc dealer bleed the lines with his tool that turns the pump on.

I know George and Chuck, I got the Vrod from him and they serviced my Opti. I was going to do it myself because they are extremely busy this time of year.

I just won't disconnect the lines.
