    Lost waypoints

    I have a 1199 I have lost about 170 waypoints.The numbers now start at 171...where did the other 170 go and how do I find them. Thank you in advance

    If they are not in the unit's memory, on a memory card you exported them to, in a file on your computer, or in HumminbirdPC, they are gone.

    If you did a Format Nav Directories, you cleared the unit's memory.
    If you did a Select All and... followed by Delete, they are gone.

    I don't remember doing that. I may have trying to find them and just not remeber. If they were deleted wouldn't the numbers start over at 1?

    Nope. Need to tell the unit to restart the numbering (on SOLIX/ONIX for sure). I assume Helix has the same "restart numbering"?
