    Help with 1989 90hp Evinrude

1989 90hp Rude, model no. TE90TLCEM, SN: R08179275. Per hour meter it only has 144 hours. Cold compression is TL 135psi, TR135, BL 130, BR 136.
Replaced plugs, main fuel line and primer bulb from tank. Motor has set now for 4 years.

Cleaned out VRO oil tank and will be changing lower unit oil.

Ordering parts: Carb kits, water pump kit, tstats, gaskets, PRV and PRV spring.

Is there a link to buy / download a service manual for this year & hp? Could not find one.

Keeping VRO if it checks out Ok.

Any other parts to replace due to age?

    Thanks

Fuel filters. Drain old gas from tank and put in fresh 10 gallons premixed to 50:1 until you know VRO is ok(fill oil tank and watch over a few hours of running). May smoke a bit but its ok. Check connections on motor for corrosion/loose/ect. Also insure there are no wing nuts on batteries, Check water level in batteries. Use nuts and lock washers. Check for mud dawber nests in the exhaust/exhaust reliefs in the mid section while replacing water pump. Pull the prop and check for fishing line. Re-torgue mounting bolts on motor to boat. Lube steering cable and tube if possible. Check trim fluid level. Plugs are QL77JC4 gapped at .030 Hope you didnt use metal worm clamps or just plain store bought nylon ties on your fuel lines on the motor,,,,need to use the proper OMC nylon curved ties. If you need some, OMC/BRP part# 0320107.
