    Banner Marsh (Johnson Lake)

    Have a tournament there on Sunday...just gathering some intel before I prefish it on Saturday. Any info is helpful :)

    You can't go wrong with a swimjig till the sun gets real bright. Sometimes a buzzbait works good also. A buddy of mine nailed them with a whopper plopper on Saturday. Good luck

    It's typically very very weedy. Punch baits. Haven't been this year but I doubt much has changed.

    Thanks for all the help guys...took the W yesterday! It's a kayak tournament so we don't weigh our fish...all are measured and released on a bump board. Had 85 inches for my best 5. Lost a 4+ pound fish in the last hour that would have added another 4 inches I bet. Thought I lost the tournament with that fish but I just managed to squeak by.
