Some people usa a photo hosting site like photobucket. I use my own small amount of web space that my ISP gives you when you sign up. I puchased a simple FTP software package (like $39.95 or something) called CuteFTP to upload the .jpg images from my hard drive to my free web space. Then when you post to the board click on the insert image icon (little yellow icon with mountain or something in it) and past the file name of your .jpg image that you copied from your web space (or free photo hosting site if your using that service) between the [IMG] characters and presto!, your photo appears in your post.

Find the file name of the photos on photobucket. The file name should end with .jpg. Left click the mouse button at the beginning of the file name, then drag the curser across the file name. Right click on the highlighted file name and then left click on copy that is in the box that came up. Then when you go to post and left click on the insert image icon, right click right between the two [IMG]'s and then left click on paste that is in the box that came up when you right clicked between the two [IMG]'s.

    Re: Let's see 'em!! (kblanchardjr)

Usually when you get the red x's, it means the photo's file name you pasted between the two [IMG]'s isn't the exact file name that is on the hosting site (photobucket in your case). Are you putting the hosting sites web address in front of the photo's file name? You have to do that so the "insert image tab" will know where to go get the file. For example, the name between the [IMG]'s should look something like this:
    [IMG]http://www.photobucket.com/kblanchardjrgallary/photo.jpg[IMG]

Glad to try to help, cause I love to see other people's rigs.

I seen you changed your springs were they recalled or your choice. Has it changed the ride much.

    Re: Let's see 'em!! (Bassmeister)

Ok I finally got my 92 "new to me" 286 Pro Tournament. It has a very nice Mariner 150 that runs great. Took the boat out on a test run with the previous owner and we got it up to 63 mph on a very small lake. I am sure on the big lake that I fish on it will run in the upper 60's, He GPS'ed it at 73mph once before. This boat flat out runs and rides nice. This is a super nice boat that I plan on keeping for a long time. Not sure how to post pictures but as soon as I figure it out I will post some.

the fastest i ever got out it was with a 26" Lighting ET, 6400 RPM, 78.6 GPS. I am running with a 12" Detwieller manual Jack plate, Bobs Exhaust Tuner, Bobs Gearcase w/ 2:1. I have been having this boat for about 8 years now and i keep her up. its alot of work. If anyone has any idea where i can get all new decals and stickers for this make and model, your help would greatly be appreciated.
