What about a Racing 250XS? Any takers on that? What if the price of all three engines were the same? I'm not saying they are, but if they were would it make any difference in what you guys think?
BTW, the boat is already rigged for Mercury Optimax, so NO Honda, Zuke, or SHO
Both the standard 250 Pro XS and The Racing 250XS is the same powerhead. That boat wouldn't benefit any by going to the 250xs at all. Also less warranty.
Just get the 300 so we know what it's capable of...
If I could get them all for the same price... 300XS for sure... Bigger is always better... Dan
250 Pro XS...100%!
I am changing my suggestion to the 300XS because there is some guy out there with a pocket full of money that does not enter tournaments and just wants a really fast bass boat to run and fish. And those guys buy just as quick as anyone else.
Put the 300 on it. Anybody that is in a tourney that limits them to a 250 will have a ranger for contingency money anyway
xpress x19, 200ho G2, aluminum sawtooth cut prop, paper sack tackle storage, ugly stik pro team, color c-lector
250 Pro XS for sure.

You won't have a problem selling it with a 300 around here. Quite a few guys run 300s or larger on cats, legends, and champs. I think you will have a larger sale base with the 250 bit that 300 would be bad
