question about performance 2014 ZX21

Looking at buying 2014 ZX21. Good boat. Has 250 SHO. I think this boat is rated for 300. I would appreciate some info on how this boat handles with a 250. Hole shot, mid range punch and top speed with 2 guys weighing 300lbs each and full fuel tank.

I hit 76 with 3 guys, two tanks of gas, and livewells empty in the fall last year. In the summer with wells full, two guys tournament load I usually run about 72-73. 25p T1 that was worked by croxton. Hole shot is good. Mid range punch of the sho is impressive. Accelerates on a dime. Takes rough water extremely well.

I didn't think there was a rating any more. you should be able to use any motor available.

how bout a HEMI?
