Well my nephew just called and said he just caught one tonight that weighed 8lb 14ounces out of Patoka. That's one of the biggest one I personally know of caught There. I've heard stories of some 9's and a couple 10's but never saw one. He weighed on our scale that's the same one MLF uses so I'm confident of the weight. Always been accurate for me. He's only 16 and man is he stoked. That's a fish of a lifetime for Indiana.

That would be a very nice fish. I've caught a couple that were a bit over 7lbs. Nothing bigger though.
