    Good Afternoon Of Fishing

    Reggie and I went to Ft. Phantom after work yesterday. Fished for about 3 hours. He had this pig (8.13) and another about 4 1/2 lbs. I had one about 4 and a decent keeper. About 17 1/2 lbs in the boat in less than 3 hours.. Yeah Ft. Phantom sux.....

    Nice!
    FPH is a lot different Lake than it used to be.
    I know the drought was a bitch but when the lakes finally did fill up they were cleaner water and lots of cover.

    Very nice! Almost went to Ft Phantom on the 4th of July, but turned the other way and went to Coleman. Had a good day, but have been wondering about Phantom. I really like it when it is about 3' low, makes my spots just right!

    Thanks all y'all! Chris, Phantom is looking good. Not a real heavy stain on the lower end, but not clear either. Lot of areas to fish we haven't had access to in years. Had this one to go with her that was about 4.5#

    Awesome! Do they still have the weeknight (Tuesday or Thursday?) tournaments? I hope they do and you caught that bag during the tournament and won the whole thing! About to start putting in a sprinkler system at the house, that is going to take away from fishing time for a while. Congrats on a great evening of fishing. Amazing when Phantom is putting out better fish than Ivie!

    They have a Wednesday night tournament and this was on Wednesday, but the tournament had been canceled earlier in the day. Craig & I decided to go out and fish anyway. Another couple of guys showed up and we all pitch $20 in, winner take all. Not a big pot, but made it worth the hot afternoon on the water.
