Performance differences sport xs vs. pro xs

A very reputable merc dealer is suggesting I purchase a 250 sport xs with the verado lower unit rather the a 250 pro xs with a tourqemaster. What are the performance difference here with the two motors and two lower units? They said the sport xs is significantly less of a cost and the same powerhead? Anything else i should know? Thanks

xs should have lil higher rev limiter in it and much better mtr mounts under p head,same gears in new TM as verado ,light boat id prob get TM run lil higher on transom, heavy boat not gonna be much diff
