Changing prop pitch a second time

Bought a used prop that had been worked from 17 to 18 pitch. Is it possible to have it worked back to a 17?

If so would it weaken the prop or cause any other problems?

Currently trying to sell so I can buy a new 17 but looking into this as a backup plan.
