I've been eyeing the Caracal lately as well as the Cougar SP mostly due to its price point. Now personally I'd rather have a single console boat but however my wife requires a dual. My question is can either a used or showroom new boat that is a single console be upfitted to have a removable second console? Thanks
It is my understanding that can be done. I believe the hardware needed to do the install is pricey though.

They can. The consoles can be purchased on the BCB store website, or by calling the Parts department.
I believe the quick remove console is around 1600.00 with hardware and windshield.
You can have a dealer install, or if your very handy, do it yourself.

Good to know. I was told by someone that if the hardware kit for the removable wasn't installed when the boat was built that the only console that could be added is a permanent second console
