at the stern of 2013 625 is a fuel selector valve with positions port starboard and 2 dual positions boat has smart craft gauges in dual position should motor draw off both tanks equally my gauges show they do not start with 10 gal in each tank and after running gauges show maybe 2 gal in tank 1 and 9 gal in tank 2 is this standard position for the valve and do you think it is operating properly not sure why I would use port or starboard if dual drains both tanks one other question at console I have dual selector switch for fuel it reads port and starboard can anyone tell me what this switch function is I do not have owners book thanks for any input

It will never draw equally from both tanks. The switch at the console is just for the gas gauge.
