Humminbird Helix 9 DI GPS Problem

I purchased a Humminbird Helix 9 DI GPS in April.The down imaging works fine and I use it about 95% of the time when fishing.When I use the sonar it works for a while and as the screen moves from left to right the screen starts to turn white and soon the screen is all white and there is no image to see.Some times it comes back on and then it disappears again.This also happens on the Combo Views if it has a sonar screen in it.Any help would be welcomed.

Try resetting Factory Defaults
