Gotta love the TN boat registration renewal rules

How about one of TN's great renewal rules. They send out a renewal card as a reminder and you receive it about 60 days in advance of your registration expiring. However, if you wish to renew for the 3 yr option you have to wait until 30 days or less of your registration expiration. You can do 1 or 2 year no problem. So no need to be in any hurry.

I have always used the 3 year option and have never noticed that before. I guess being a procrastinator has its advantages at time.

I renewed mine back in March for 1 year... Got a notice 2 weeks ago that it had expired and I needed to renew? I sent them a pic of the tag and sticker along with the registration.... Haven't heard anything back from them since.
