    New to ChampioN

Hey guys, new to ChampioN boats. I recently picked up an '85 Champ for $400 with an '85 200hp Blackmax (carbs) with a 4 blade stainless prop, so far I haven't done much just due to work and the wife's honey-do lists. I had a boat shop buddy look at the motor and give a quick once over and the compression is good and not locked up. My first question is what model do I have? It's 18'4" long so is this a 184? I know its going to be a project, but thats why i bought it so if it takes a couple of years of off and on work i fine with that. I'm sure I'll have lots of questions. An owners manual and wiring diagrams would be a great start.

    Thanks Doug

I'm the other '85 guy! It'll be interesting to see the similarities of our boats after 30+ years.
