    If it's intact, repaint it with a vinyl & fabric paint. Others have done it and posted great looking results here.

    If its high density foam. Wipe it down with alcohol, rubbing or denatured. Fill in any holes with paintable bathroom caulk not silicone and sand smooh. Spray it with Plastidip. This will out last the fabric paint. If it scuffs then sand the area and spray. easy touchup.
