Newer compartment locks...

What's the trick to locking these new post style key locks... I tried for the first time this weekend and couldn't get any of them to lock? They would turn about 1/8 of a turn but it didn't do anything! Thanks for any input

We haven't had an issue engaging the hook on the latch assembly. Just press the key in an twist pretty firmly.

Nope ....I can't get them to lock! I'm guessing they shouldn't spin wen their locked!!! What happened to the southco ones with the keys.... they seemed to work real good!

We are not sure why yours don't lock though the Parts and Service staff would be glad to help if your dealer can't figure it out.

Sent a couple videos to Alan today....got all but 3 to lock... very puzzling but he is going to get the 3 taken care of!! He is an incredible asset for the company!!!!! Thanks again!!
