    Power pole goes down not so much up

    Power pole goes down good and strong but super slow going up and it doesn't completely go up I have help it by pushing up.

    Thougjt id see if there is a quick fix before I call power pole Monday.

    Just got it installed the new pump. Everything works but the pump is not recognizing the app my phone Bluetooth doesn't show it either. Sitting here at the pump now little help here would be great.
    I thought the pump would and app would just recognize the pump?

    delete the app from your phone redownload then try to pair.
