Want it there're for good .. Mix up some apoxy and glue it down .. My older 2012 18 SE had a 2 piece divider.. Had to set some more screws to keep it together . Then glued it ..a tank full of 4 pound smallies would knock that out all the time .. Hope this helps

That's crazy. I couldn't take mine out unless I broke it. I thought it was supposed to be removable. I've tried since it's mostly only me that fishes. I can't figure it out. It moves a bit up and down, but that's it.
Mine has fallen out 2 times. Both times with livewell full of water. Its like its cut a little to small. I was thinking about some kind of rubber weather strip with a split in it that could be slid into place to hold it
