    A smash burger with a fried egg and slices of avocado on top! Guac= Haas avocados, cilantro, diced tomatoes, diced jalapeno pepper, diced onion, couple cloves of minced garlic, salt, pepper and hint of lime juice=perfection!

    Love them..funny part is I could not stand them for 46 years and suddenly the taste buds had a change of heart. Now, I crave the dang things.

    Good and good for you. Put them on everything. For breakfast I like to mash one, add salt/pepper and a splash of hot sauce then spread it on toast and top with an over easy egg. Also makes a BLT even better.

    Pico De Gallo ... Good stuff here. Real good as soon as it's made, phenomenal after it sits in the fridge for a few hours Put it on tacos, scoop it with chips, or eat it straight out of the bowl


    4 medium to large tomatoes cored, seeded and diced.
    1 medium onion diced - I prefer red, but any variety you choose will work.
    1 small bunch fresh cilantro washed, dried and chopped fine.
    2 avocados peeled, pitted and diced.
    Juice of 1 fresh lime.
    Sea salt to taste.

    Place all in a large bowl, gently mix being careful not to mash the ingredients.

    Deff a fan!!! I make my own guacamole and it doesn't last long in our house....last night's dinner was grilled burgers topped with guacamole!!
