There should be 2 different length ram mounts for the 12's.
I have a short version that's like 5-6".

The simple solution would be to move the ball closer to the console but after looking underneath the console, that is not really an option due to electrical wiring.

This is driving me CRAZY
Check out the Balzout mount, I think they make one for the HDS12 and are a lot cheaper than the Kong.

The balzout mount wont give him the length to get around the edge of his console.
Kong might..............but I still think the arm will be too short if the ram arm is short............
