I am looking for a lowere unit for a 1997 Mariner 225 Supermag. Gear ratio is 1.87/1 2.5 liter. I am honestly getting to give up and buy another motor. Seems like the are Bigfoot and not even real. Lol. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
What style u looking for. Will a torque master, sports master work?

Call paul nichols. A 2.5 lower unit is in every shop not even close to a bigfoot. Call any high perf shop. Rothwell marine in hope ar will have one as well you just gotta figure out if you need a torquemaster or sportmaster
