Or you can put one together from parts from your local auto parts store. You just need an in line fuel pump, a switch, hoses and wire. I put one together for my mom, works ok, not the fastest way but better than trying to balance or hang a can of fuel.

Here's a pump you can build on.

Used to use a Fill-Rite gasoline rated pump to gas my bass boat and my airplane. Had a 100 gallon tank in the back of my truck.
Decked it out with a filter and a gallon meter. Had about 40ft of hose to get to the boat, and a grounding wire for the airplane.
    It was awesome.

Despite having a couple of thousand people living on our lake, we only have 2 gas pumps. They're charging $5.19 at one--while I can get drive in market gas @ $1.91. So every time I wrestle that 14 gallon Gas Buddy down to the dock, it's $48 in my pocket.

I honestly don't have any idea how those Cigarette boat types can afford to run their twin 500 cubic inch engines all day Saturdays and Sundays. At 75 gallons per hour at full throttle, there's no hauling that much fuel.

If they can afford the Cigarette boats they ain't worried about the gas. I overheard a Fountain boats sales guy at a boat show reply to a person's question "what is the fuel mileage on this thing?" The sales man said if you have to ask how much gas does it use you can't afford it.

The Tera Pump TRFA01 looks pretty slick. I just ordered one for $59 on Amazon, worth a try.

ideally the transfer tank is on wheels. a very simple ramp would work to get the tank a foot or two above the boat, so there would be no lifting

I use these also, work great for my pontoon and my Phoenix.
