    200 hpdi Sleeve damage

    HI Guys

    I have blew a piston and damaged the sleeve. Is it repairable? Motor is 2004.

    Looks like it can be bored out and oversized piston installed.

    What about the broken part out of the sleeve? and why do you guys think this piston failed?

    Ok, I see that now. Re-sleve is in order. Failure is most likely due to locator pin on the rings coming lose
