Gel coat is 30 days for all brands... chipping from punch weights hitting it or gravel?

If a sinker hits it it chips.but it has cracks and stress cracks on both sides.

I have a 2015 Z-7 that I ordered brand new. I would not buy another one. The attention to quality seems to be all about getting that "Initial Quality" award from Powers.

I bought the boat for the layout and storage. That has not disappointed.
