blow out taker

I have been running a 4 blade renegade since 96, I have a 150 faststrike on a basscat Pantera II. I have an old raker 24 pitch. it gets on plane fine, but once in plane I takes a bit to get hooked up so I can trim up. motor is 3.5 below pad
If I slow down, then try the give throttle it just revs, like it's not grabbing. I have the correct thrust washer, I did take the ring out from the renegade, it won't fit with the Raker. not sure why this prop is not hooking up.



I sent Mark pictures of the renegade, one blade missing, and hairline cracks in another.
