Couple quick questions. I've had two other Phoenix boats and never had the vent next to the gas cap. How do I operate the vent and how do I want it set? Also I looked in rod locker and there was a black bag about 2 1/2 ft long and a white piece of cloth type material. I'm assuming the black bag is to put the rigging for the boat cover and the white piece is to place under one of the cover poles? I've never had these items before. Thanks in advance for your help. I'll get some pics of the new boat posted when I get some free time in a few days.
