A guy and his wife got pulled over by the Highway Patrol..
The officer said License Registration and Proof of insurance please...
The driver said what did I do wrong?
Speeding the officer replied..
The driver said no way....
His wife leans over and says to the officer..."Don't mind him he gets argumentative when he drinks".....
