Lowrance "Boat in a Box" Questions

I am looking at switching back to Lowrance and I am looking at the Lowrance "Boat in a Box" 12" / 9" HDS Gen 3 package. Will I need to purchase anything additional or does this include everything I will need to for sideimaging, down imaging, etc......???

All included, including sonic hub that I'm guessing they aren't selling very well.

If your not in hurry, check around on pricing, wait for sales. Bought boat in box from tackle warehouse on their black Friday sale last year paid 2700.00 for the 12 and 9 package.

No hurry but Tacklewarehouse doesn’t have any more in stock and a lot of the others are saying they can’t go below that price. I have one quote that is below the listed $3499 at this time.I’m emailing a bunch of others to get pricing now.

Not exactly. It's for a complete set up. Two charts, one 12" and the other 9", two transducers, Point-1, SonicHub and all required networking. That's why they call it a boat in a box. It's a tad but more than just a depth finder.

"Mark twain is a riverman’s phrase for water found to be two fathoms (12 feet, or 3.7 metres) deep.

Its connotations in actual use were variable: depending on a steamboat’s draft (the depth of water required for it to float) and on whether the steamboat was moving into or out of deeper water, two fathoms could represent either safe passage or hazardous shallows."
