1999 Evirude Ficht 200hp fuel pressure

    • Model E200FPLEEN Just over 500 hours . cylinder compression range from 125LBS to 135lbs
    • Engine is on a Stratos Pro Elite 295.
    • Engine slow to rise through 4000rpm to 5500rpm, when back down to 4000 RPM and hold the engine runs rough.
    • I checked the fuel lift pump pressure. I had no pressure.
    • Replaced fuel lift pump part #5000885 Not much improvement. Also blew out the fuel line and replaced the primer ball. no better

The spec in the manual calls for 20 to 30lbs(20 gallons per hour is the correct spec not 20 to 30 lbs ) for the fuel lift pump. How do I know if the vacuum lines are working correctly? Or could I have a fuel tank issue.

Thanks in advance. You guys have been great in the past.

Update:I did a fuel flow test. The spec is 20gal hour or if I did my math correctly 15 seconds = 10.66oz
Flow test from boat tank was 5oz for 15 seconds . Flow test from external tank was 7oz for 15 seconds.
Can anyone let me know if I am on the right track.

What does your OMC repair and service manual say/advise as far as trouble shooting procedure at this point?
