Where did my livewell water go?

2014 20xs I filled both livewells and plugged the overflow holes so I could run in 4-5 foot waves. I've done this in the last 3 Tritons I've owned. I go 2 miles and there is only 3" of water in the wells. Is it splashing out at the top of the tanks? Do I need to silicone the tops of the tanks? Mark

If the water went over the top of the livewell tanks, it would be in the bilge and the auto-bilge pump would run. If the bilge pump didn't run, water should run out when you pull the bilge drain plug.

Yeah, the auto bilge came on. I just want to know how you guys fixed any water running over the top of the inside of the livewells.

You will need to seal the tops of the libewells
