    Value estimate

Looking at a 2000 jaguar with 225 opti with 475 hours.
Needs seats and windshield. Average condition for 17 year old boat.
    What's it worth?

    Thx

Hazard a guess of about 8K-10K without more variables known.

I'd guess more 13ish and talk them down due to needed repairs. I have a 96 jag with a 01 efi that's Rock solid. I'd be looking for 10 for mine.

I agree with Chris, the Jag is a desirable boat. As long as the transom is good.

2000 Jaguar could be an all fiberglass vinyl ester boat.

Are you saying they made two different hulls in the 2000 year, 1 good and 1 better? owner wants 13K and its a long ways from me.

    Thanks for your help guys.

Not to high jack, but what does a standard Jaquar with a 250HP go for? Ballpark.

I would say 10 to 11k, but stay around 10k because it needs seats.

A 00 Jag/225 in decent to nice shape, couldn't/cant be touched for 10k in my area. I'd venture 13500 at the lowest and it would sell within a couple days.

If the motor is a 00 model, I'd make sure the motor has the updates.
