    mounting transducers on the transom

    I have a GT 8 and a GT30 I am putting on the transom. My question can my Gt 30 be a little higher than the GT8 or will beam get in the way. It will be about an have inch above the GT 8. If someone wants to show their setup on the transom with multiple transducer please post them. I only want to drill once..

    The GT30 has side/down? If so, you want it at the lowest point on the hull relative to anything that could block the side beams.

    I've got three on my transom with the GT52 being closest to the center line, therefore slightly lower than the other two. I've had no issues.
