    High water

Went fishing yesterday. The water at Canons launch was over the dock. Scared I wouldn't fit under the dam so went to the fire station. Two sections of the dock there was under water. What really surprised me was that the water wasn't moving much. Fished a few cuts in the Orange Grove, and the water wasn't coming out the marsh.

Not sure if they opened the bubba dove and other locks in lower Terrebonne after Cindy, but with the river high, those locks can be what's causing it..........or melting icecaps in Greenland. One of the two.

It was warm out there, until it started raining.

What's the level like at Bob's? I heard it was higher than last rain event. I hope it has dropped some.

Passed by Cannon's today - water was still over most of the docks. Water was just below the dock to left side looking down the launch.

Went back to the firestation today. Water was below the dock, but it was still slimy and slick as snot.
